• Email
• Website (if applicable)
• Trades
• Status as a minority-owned, woman-owned, community small business enterprise (CSBE).
• Contact name

All applicants, without exception, MUST:

• Be licensed under trade
• Carry general liability insurance
• Carry worker’s compensation insurance
• Have references available upon request

All applicants that meet these requirements will be added to the Master Bid List and become eligible to submit bids for upcoming work.
