Article: The South Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is pleased to present a check for $7,104.65 to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, which represents one half of the proceeds from this year’s 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament and Educational Seminar, which brings the South Florida Chapter’s total contributions to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami to well over $70,000. Thanks to the participation of many real estate appraisal professionals, as well as the generosity of numerous related South Florida firms and local businesses, the Appraisal Institute’s local chapter has remained one of the longest standing donors to Habitat for Humanity, helping to provide affordable housing for less fortunate families.
