Each application is given a thorough and detailed analysis so it may take several weeks before receiving the status of your application. All of the data you submit will be reviewed and verified, including your family, employment and housing information. If you meet the financial and credit guidelines, a home visit will be scheduled to assess your housing need.

The Family Selection Committee awards Habitat homes on the basis of need, ability to pay, and willingness to partner. Your qualifications and housing need will be compared to that of other applicants.

Habitat for Humanity is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. All applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
