Though her name sounds regal, Tiara Armstrong is laboring like a man to be queen of her castle.
“I’ve been working and sweating since April,” said the 25-year-old single mother just outside the concrete block frame of the 12th house she is helping build for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami.
