| HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF GREATER MIAMI NAMES NEWEST BOARD MEMBERS 5 New Members Will Join Governing Body For Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami |

| November 30, 2012 Miami, Florida Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami announced the appointment of five new members to its Board of Directors. Effective immediately, Christopher Gandolfo, Stephanie Sylvestre, Mark Fenaughty, Jim Minessale and Danet Linares will join the organization’s governing body. Christopher Gandolfo rejoins the board after a three year relocation to China. He is Senior Vice President of Development for Swire Properties. He has a vast knowledge and experience in construction management, helping develop construction projects around the South Florida and abroad. Stephanie Sylvestre, an IT professional, has been a vital Habitat for Humanity volunteer for the past 17 years. She spearheads Habitat’s Women Build effort, which has completed several Habitat homes with women only labor. Mark Fenaughty, CPA, is a principal in the Tax & Accounting Department at MBAF where specializes in the areas of domestic tax and financial planning for corporations, partnerships and individuals. His extensive services have also included accounting, tax research and examinations. Jim Minessale is a Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP where he performs audits of both public and private companies. He has served many roles and responsibilities over his time with the company, including leading and managing teams as well as maintaining client relationships. Danet Linares, Executive Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, is a seasoned Real Estate professional with more than two million square feet of leased space in her portfolio. In addition to Habitat, Ms. Linares serves on the Board of the Downtown Development Authority as well as the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. “We are delighted to have these new board members. Their proven track record of civic engagement, dedication to the community and passion for our mission is a huge asset.
