Sponsorship

Much of Miami Habitat's support comes through sponsors. Our sponsors are committed to making a difference in their community by investing time, energy, and financial resources to meet the housing needs of low-income families throughout Miami-Dade County. Sponsors are able to see first hand the results of their labors and enjoy building new relationships with their co-workers.

All contributions are tax deductible.

Title Sponsors

Title Sponsors provide the financial underwriting needed for the development and infrastructure costs of a Habitat community of five houses or more. Miami Habitat gratefully acknowledges its current title sponsors:

House Sponsors
House sponsors are any entity or coalition of entities who contribute $50,000 - $60,000 to underwrite the construction of a Miami Habitat home. House sponsors may be businesses, congregations, foundations, or individuals.

Sponsors may work alone or partner with another organization (Co-Sponsor) to share the financial and volunteer responsibilities of building the home. Co-sponsors may find their own partner or Miami Habitat will be happy to match the organization with another partner.

Habitat also welcomes churches of different denominations to come together to sponsor a house. Called “Faith House,” this house will be raised through the combined effort and gifts provided by an ecumenical partnership of churches. By taking part with a gift of $1,500-$25,000, churches can work together to build Faith House for a grateful family in need of a helping hand. To find out more, click here.

Corporate Team Building
Corporate Team Builders provide volunteers and a donation for a day of hard work on a Habitat worksite. In addition to having a direct, positive impact in the community, this program fosters teamwork among employees in an informal setting. The Team Builder donation is $100 per volunteer.
