Blitz Build

Our Blitz Build is an accelerated construction project where we complete several homes in just two weeks!

Every day, dedicated volunteers and program families team up with our staff to bring these homes closer to completion. The event culminates in a joyful Home Dedication Ceremony, where families share their inspiring journeys of perseverance, patience, and faith on their path to affordable homeownership.

2023 Blitz Build

From February 10th to 25th, 2023, another incredible Miami Habitat Blitz Build took place! Over ​800 volunteers contributed more than 5,000 hours to construct five brand-new affordable homes. These homes were purchased by low-income families in our program.

2018 Blitz Build - Habitat Landings 

Just over 7 years ago, Habitat Landings was an empty plot of land in South Miami Heights. As of February 2018, that same land now holds the homes and yards where 65 families have reliable and affordable housing through Habitat for Humanity. Congrats to all of our Habitat Landings homeowners!
