Home Sponsors and Co-Sponsors play a vital role in our mission. Your company can make a lasting difference for  families in Miami-Dade. By partnering with us as a Home Sponsor or Corporate Sponsor, you help provide safe, stable homes for families while offering meaningful, hands-on opportunities for your team to engage with the community.  Build Homes. Why Home Sponsorships matter?

  • Home Sponsors contribute about 50% of the total cost of a home construction. Your support directly provides families with safe, stable homes, helping them achieve security, stability, and the foundation for a brighter future.
  • Corporate Sponsors offer up to 150 volunteer opportunities for their team. Employees gain hands-on experience, strengthen teamwork, and see firsthand the difference their efforts make in the community.
  • 30–35 homes are sponsored each year. By joining this effort, your company becomes part of a community of leaders driving real, measurable change in Miami-Dade.

Home Sponsorship Opportunities 

Home Sponsors | $100,000

 Home Sponsors are a critical element in the Habitat partnership program, donating resources to help underwrite the cost of construction on a home. This significant donation entitles the donor to an exclusive sponsorship of a Habitat home. 

Sponsor benefits include:
  • Permission to promote partnership through website, press release or media while house is under construction
  • House Sponsor sign posted at assigned address bearing the sponsor's name, logo, and the name of partner family ​while house is under construction
  • Featured in Dedication programs
  • Lunches and T-shirts for each volunteer on Sponsor build days
  • Use of the Miami Habitat logo for 1 year
  • Sponsor logo on Miami Habitat website
  • Commemorative plaque
  • Recognition in Miami Habitat Annual Report
  • Participation in the Community Contribution Tax Credit Program if eligible and if tax credits are available

Home Co-Sponsor | $50,000

Co-Sponsors join with a second group to sponsor a single Habitat home.

Sponsor benefits include:
  • Permission to promote partnership through website, press release or media while house is under construction
  • House Sponsor sign posted at assigned address bearing both co-sponsor names, logos, and the name of partner family while house is under construction
  • Participation in Dedication programs
  • Lunches and T-shirts for each volunteer on Co-Sponsor build days
  • Use of the Miami Habitat logo for 6 months
  • Co-Sponsor name on the Habitat Website
  • Commemorative plaque
  • Recognition in Miami Habitat Annual Report
  • Participation in the Community Contribution Tax Credit Program if eligible and if tax credits are available

Master Carpenter | $10,000 - $24,999
