How it works?

➊  Inquire: Check available properties, review Application, Homeowner's FAQ page, call us or/and attend an Information Session to learn about the program.
➋ Apply: Submit your application during open enrollment.
➌ Approval: Habitat reviews applications and selects qualified families.
➍ Sign Letter of Intent (LOI): Sign a written commitment to the Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program.
➎ Participate: Complete sweat equity hours, homeowner classes, and join the Dedication Ceremony.
➏ Closing & Moving In: Sign your mortgage paperwork and step into your new home!
