Danet Linares is Vice Chairman at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, the leading independently owned commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm in South Florida. 

With more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she has received numerous awards and recognitions such as Real Estate Forum’s “Women of Influence,” South Florida Business Journal “Influential Businesswoman “and many more. 

She is highly involved in our community and is an avid supporter of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, serving on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee.

Maria G. Juncadella is Managing Principal at family-owned Fairchild Partners, one of So. Florida’s most prestigious commercial real estate firms, founded in 2005. As past president of RCA and CREW Miami, she has represented the industry nationally and internationally.

CREW-Miami has recognized Maria, with the Outstanding Leadership award, Star Award and Outstanding Mover & Shaker award. 

She is actively involved in mentoring women entering her field, a frequent speaker at educational and professional programs about commercial real estate, a member of the University of Miami’s Citizen Board and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami's Development Committee.
